H1 - DeltaVision OMX - SIM !! Retired !! (GE)
Applied Precision Inc Deltavision OMX v4 BLAZE. This microscope is suitable for high resolution imaging of fixed (and live) thin samples down to a resolution of 120nm and very fast widefield imaging. The microscope is equipped with 4x sCMOS cameras, 4 lasers: 405, 488, 568, 642, and set two sets of filters DAPI/GFP/TRITC/CY5 and CFP/YFP/RFP.
Coupled with a DeltaVision widefield fluorescence microscope system with a stage that is registered with the OMX stage, for locating samples on the slide.
